Cale Perry
CEO
Cale founded CPI Communications in 1997. He began establishing a successful telecom career over 20 years ago in direct and indirect sales. Cale spent several years at Telecom*USA / MCI, leaving in 1994 to pursue interest in the agent channel. Cale is responsible for the overall strategic direction of CPI and creating a culture where top sales professionals can focus on core business drivers.
Jeff Drummond
CIO/CTO
Jeff Drummond joined CPI in 2015 with more than 20 years of IT experience. Jeff co-founded Baker Communications, which was later acquired by Iowa Telecom and then by Windstream Communications Nationwide. His unmatched credentials include attainment of the highest certifications available from Cisco, Microsoft and Nortel, as well as more than 20 IT industry certifications.
Chuck Flaherty
VP of Sales
Chuck has been in telecommunications for over 30 years, including leadership roles with MCI, Executone, and Net2000. Over the past 20 years, he has held various leadership roles with Windstream Communication, including VP of the Mid-Atlantic Region, VP of Solution Engineering, and most recently he was the VP over the Advanced Cloud and Hospitality Teams. In that role, he led the mission to move their UC and Hospitality businesses to the Cloud.
Ronda Perry
Process Manager
Ronda joined our team in 2005. She brought PROCESS PRO experience from John Deere Credit, where she completed Six Sigma training. Ronda has implemented a software program to gather, track and monitor information from the quoting stage through the commissioning life cycle. Ronda is responsible for monitoring commissions, commission disputes and software training.

Forrest Irvine
Sales Manager
Forrest has been in telecommunications for 6 years in various sales and leadership roles. He also has spent time in sales leadership in the fintech/startup space. Outside of work he loves to spend time with his dogs and family. Forrest is passionate about helping customers stay connected and grow their businesses.
Mark Harris
VP of Operations
Mark has been in telecommunications for over 25 years, including leadership roles with HunTel Communications. Most recently he served as General Manager, overseeing the communications, infrastructure and security teams. Prior to joining HunTel he severed in Executive roles with Sears spanning 21 years in both Sales andoperational positions. In addition Mark carries several industry certifications.
Bentley Perry
CDO (Chief Dog Officer)
My name is Bentley Perry and I am the CDO (Chief Dog Officer) of cpITelecom. I enjoy treats and meeting customers. I began my position with CPI in December of 2018. My duties include (but are not limited to) accepting treats from the FedEx Man, sniffing out potential new employees and promoting morale.
