Title: Technical Project Coordinator
CPI is looking to fill a Technical Project Coordinator position that will provide “white glove” support to our top business clients. You’ll be coached by seasoned telecommunication providers as you learn the various technologies, products, and processes, and how to exceed client expectations.
Provide information in an organized and concise manner.
Proactively seek solutions for business clients in a fast-paced environment.
Provide total commitment and dedication to the end-to-end client experience.
Continue development in communications technology, including but not limited to voice, Internet, cable, security products, LAN, WAN applications, hosted products and cloud computing..
Process paperwork and work closely with the various Carriers represented by CPI Communications.
Preferred but not Required:
2-4 years’ experience as a project coordinator
Excellent computer skills with a good understanding of the following applications - Excel, Word and Visio
Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented with an ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
