Position Summary:
We are looking for intelligent, dedicated, flexible, hardworking Technical Project Coordinators that will provide “white glove” support to our top business clients. You’ll be coached by seasoned telecommunication providers as you learn the various technologies, products, processes and how to exceed client expectations. You’ll also:
- Provide information in an organized and concise manner.
- Proactively seek solutions for business clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide total commitment and dedication to the end-to-end client experience.
- Continue development in communications technology, including but not limited to voice, Internet, cable, security products, LAN, WAN applications, hosted products and cloud computing..
- Process paperwork and work closely with the various Carriers represented by CPI Communications.
