Cale founded CPI Communications in 1997. He began establishing a successful telecom career over 20 years ago in direct and indirect sales. Cale spent several years at Telecom*USA / MCI leaving in 1994 to pursue interest in the agent channel. Cale is responsible for the overall strategic direction of CPI and creating a culture where top sales professionals can focus on core business drivers.

Leta joined our team in 2010 bringing over 30 years of successful telecommunication experience. Leta oversees the company’s operations, customer service, information technology, marketing and sales. Prior to joining our team Leta served as Director of Sales and Sales Operations for Iowa Telecom/Windstream. Prior to Iowa Telecom she worked for GTE/Verizon and Contel Corporation where she held a variety of management positions.

Deena joined CPI in 2006. She quickly established herself as a top performer with high revenue growth year after year. As the Director of Sales, she brings solid product knowledge and understands internal processes to assist getting a customer and sales force the exact solution that is needed. She is very professional and has done a great job building relationships throughout the telecom industry. Deena is responsible for production and development through the direct sales force.

Ronda joined our team in 2005. She bought PROCESS PRO experience from John Deere Credit where she completed Six Sigma training. Ronda has implemented a software program to gather, track and monitor information from the quoting stage throughout the commissions life cycle. Ronda is responsible for monitoring commissions, commission disputes and software training.
