particular carrier (Local and Long-Distance) they must
meet our expectations for customer service, reliability,
and stability. This means that our clients can be
confident that CPI Communications has done thorough
research and will only offer solutions that will exceed
our clients expectations for telecommunications providers
today and into the future.
All of the services are provided by the carriers we are
representing for our clients solution. Our clients never
sign a contract with CPI Communications. Our clients also
never pay us a cent. We are an extension of the carriers
we represent dedicated to providing you with exceptional
customer support and ongoing account management. We manage
the solution within the selected carrier from the start to
implementation. We talk directly with the technicians,
order writers, testers and any other individuals involved
with providing the solution.
In very basic terms we are a FREE extension of your
organization. That's right, we do not charge you anything
for the services we provide to your firm. We are
compensated by the carriers we represent for providing
excellent service. The prices we quote come directly from
the carriers and are the same as or lower than what you
would receive if you contacted the carriers directly.
